5-session bundles are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. The Full Term Plan runs for 4 calendar months from your first session. If you need an extension for any reason, just contact us and we'll sort it out.

Yes. After booking you'll see tutor availability and can choose who you'd like to work with. For the Bundle and Term Plan, we strongly recommend sticking with one tutor throughout for consistency, but switching is possible.
Sessions are held via Zoom or Google Meet — your choice. A link is sent to your email before every session. All you need is a device with a camera and microphone.
